So I think heart is another organ that I'm excited about because of the co-enzyme Q10 in it. Y. So, I've done something recently. I don't tell people about this too often because it's a little bit gross, but I will take raw heart and put it in my smoothie and just blend it up. But I mean, we'll get to statins later in this podcast and the downsides of a statin, but I just think humans getting pre-formed co-enzyme Q10. It's in muscle meat, but it's very rich in heart. So, what an amazing thing to eat. Definitely one of the densest uh sources of it that we can eat. And I agree with you. I think it's, you know, it's great for your heart. It's great for your mitochondria in general. And uh unfortunately, it's one of those things that uh is often times deplete in people. they're not getting enough of it uh because they've been scared away from eating even muscle meat, you know, let alone something like organ meats. Yeah. And so it is a common deficiency that people have and especially if you have heart disease, it's a problem. It's one of the essential uh kind of uh supplements or nutrients, you know, that I recommend getting a lot of for people with heart disease.
