The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

I don't think Physicians should withhold those type of tests from patients for insurance reasons or otherwise
And that's why you know I'm still going to recommend the calcium score test cuz it's more readily available for most people. It's usually relatively inexpensive. It's usually about 100 US dollars. And again it's like a mammogram for the heart. It's not a lot of radiation.
