the total amount of oxidized LDL you have any blood streamers it's absolutely my new it's almost unmeasurable small because the body just takes it away
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think really the Holy Grail of lipoprotein particle testing will be how high is your oxidized LDL and how high is your oxidized LDL relative to your total LDL particles
now this has been around for a while but clinically we've only been using it for a couple of years because it turns out some very small percentage of those LDLs once they are oxidized escaped back into the circulation so by sampling those we can track indirectly hey what's the likelihood that oxidative damage is happening
The good news is today we at least have one laboratory test that can measure that burden of oxidation it's called the ox LDL assay
know the oxidized LDL is that we're detecting have escaped the intima interest is a very small subset that are getting out
