And so, you know, one of the questions I've always asked is, well, why is this therapy not more effective? And we'll get into where it's effective and not effective, but is there potentially a downside to elaborating all that crap downstream? And does that have an effect on smaller blood vessels or smaller areas of muscle that end up getting occluded by all this stuff that you elaborate downstream when you're blowing open this artery?
