if you had a patient with a really high calcium burden so they're north of a thousand um and they never experience symptoms would and they're young they're you know in their 50s or something like that would you put them on a treadmill and push them as hard as you could possibly go and assume that like hey they're not necessarily exercising that hard every day I want to really see if they have any St changes or wall motion abnormality when I make them you know go to 15 Mets I don't
