the diverticula the diverticula are these outpouching on making this diverticula gesticulation with my hand you know it looks like a small appendix or a small pied hope it's not that big I'm Italian I'm a Saladino man if you're a raw vegan you can get it that big you have a diverticulum that's that big but the problem is that that is not a healthy process we know that the submucosal layer of the colon should not move through the muscularis mucosa and form these pockets and the pockets are problematic when their before they become infected because they can bleed and cause lower GI bleeding which is a real issue and they can also become closed and that can cause diverticula it is which is a major problem it can cause impaction if it can cause bowel impaction or it can cause sepsis if they rupture
