you know what I've just developed a taste for animal foods that's what I look forward to I really do not miss plant foods at all yeah I don't think I'll ever go back to plant foods
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
actually really well and it's actually changed my palate um i would i love raw i love the roe eggs i've always i've had those for like a year but i didn't think i could have them without the pita chips and then i saw your whole thing on pita chips and you know in the grocery store and i was like okay let me just try to cut it out so it's amazing how your palette really kind of can shift as well and my son loves this diet and naturally eats that way so it's made it easier to cook home meals but i felt really energized like today i didn't have any coffee but i love the fire starters you know i've been having those in the morning and the supplements and the organs and i've been feeling like i actually have a lot more energy
