is that on 2 to 3 pounds of meat a day their fasting glucose was rising it was 95 103 I never had quite that high I think I had some like low 90s or mid-90s and I think what's going on is the gluconeogenesis phenomenon that if that basically your body is saying hey if you're only gonna give me protein and you're not gonna give me any carbohydrates because you're eating a carnivore diet then I'm gonna make glucose out of this and it's gonna be a little higher
