so I started eating a lot of protein and a lot of fat and I found that I was gravitating towards one to two meals a day I was mostly eating steak and eggs which are my two favorite foods and now I eat row thanks to yes yeah so so I'm expand so I'm expanding a little bit more on nose to tail and I just saw the cookbook post so I'm going to order that cookbook uh so I can start eating more no to tail and add some more variety uh because I agree a lot with what you've said so I'm going to change uh based on that but mostly I was just doing steak and eggs eggs and bacon um and bone broth and those were those were pretty much my meals and then I would have occasional salmon and I just started thriving
