this type of a diet has helped me feel really good if you guys know my story a carnivore diet helped me understand that a lot of foods that we think of as healthy were actually triggering my Eczema but long-term ketosis did not work well for me I don't think it works well for a lot of people again I don't fear fruit I don't fear fruit juice I don't think these things cause diabetes they don't cause insulin resistance scale them to your activity level but there's really no evidence that these things are bad for us uh at all so again use carbohydrates that that work for you some people find sweet potatoes work better or white potatoes just be aware that white potatoes are a night shade they do contain some oxalates just like sweet potatoes so scale that appropriately I'm not a huge fan of grains I've done previous videos about why I don't love oatmeal I'm not a fan of wheat but if you can tolerate sourdough more power to you I'm kind of jealous but this is just what makes me feel better the whole idea here is just thinking about what are the most nutrient rich foods that you can eat that help you feel the best that help you improve your gut issues or your autoimmune issues that give you good libido good sleep good muscle tone that help you lose weight and this is an option that I think works for a lot of people animal based diet hopefully this video helps you guys understand how I construct an animal based diet every day
