but you hear this all the time I hear like my elbow pain got better it's like oh that's interesting and I've noticed for myself even that sometimes I'll introduce a new food in my diet and and I don't know exactly how that food is made so there's a there's a great producer here in Costa Rica that does raw goat's milk and they they deliver it to me uh every every couple of like every three or four days and it's great and I got the I got a goat cheese from them and it's a block of cheese and I don't really know how they make it you know I don't know what kind of rennet they use I don't know if it's a vegetable rennet or an animal rennet to make this cheese and I kind of this is just my Association my brain like I thought when I'm eating this goat cheese um my my hips hurt a little more when I'm sleeping I sleep on my side at night and I have this like I have a very firm mattress it's made completely of wool because I kind of wanna I kind of want to feel like I'm sleeping Outdoors right yeah but I noticed like am I eating this cheese and having my hips hurt a little more it's just an association so I'm just trying to do this detective work and I want people to understand that like even a little thing like that or an excipient a talc or a silica or a um or a titanium dioxide and the supplement can sometimes trigger a little bit of something in someone and they get like a little elbow you know these like nagging injuries so it's so interesting and so powerful I think to be really intentional with what we're putting in our diet and the devil's in the details to whatever degree people can do that so yeah man and to what your personal sensitivity is to these yes like I I only realized later in life that I was sensitive to you know CR what it was a cruciferous no what's the word I'm looking for cruciferous yeah yeah vegetables you know it took me took me 30 years of my life to figure that out that I was sensitive to it and I always thought the remedy was to eat more of it you know and it's it's I'm I am just sensitive to it you know if I'm eating a high vegetable diet I feel like [ __ ] I went to a barbecue on Saturday at one of my best friend's house and the first thing we had you know we had we had tri-tip which is a California kind of meat but we had big you know me piece of tri-tip and then we had this awesome salad that was like kale and a bunch of other stuff and I had a big serving of both that was the worst I felt in three weeks you know and I know it wasn't from the tri-tip because I can eat tri-tip seven days a week and I feel great and I was just like why do I do this to myself so yeah I mean it's just those those personal sensitivities and uh you know I don't know I know there's like blood tests for food allergies and stuff like that I don't know how many of those are accurate or reveal the right stuff it's like so hard to try stuff you know you just gotta try it and try cutting out stuff and like it really took you know reading your book following some of these messages talking to Joe the you know three four years ago last time I I saw Joe I think it was like three years ago he was on the carnivore I was like what's that you're a lunatic and they told me about it and I was like
