for right for the past I would say year or two it's regulated where I'm getting my period every month so that's yeah and that before it was always IR regular um and I never knew when I was going to get it and I always had horrendous cramps and with the PCOS too I was always having abdominal pain and my stomach was always bloated and I think it's you know a combination of the diet and the cyst so that so the so the cramping and the pain with your periods got better too
it it normalized when you did this and it's so cool that you had high Androgen levels the DHEA for people that don't know is an androgen so it's a precursor for testosterone and um it's often elevated in polycystic ovarian syndrome
Improvements I've seen so I have about a 30 day cycle and it lasts four or five days and it's like a quarter of the amount of blood they used to have so it's much lighter uhm no cramping and it's been you know stable
