i've certainly heard many anecdotes and we'll get into this i know you've got a bunch of slides from people who have done a carnivore diet or an animal-based diet that their hair seems to get a little bit better
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
it seems like these results amongst the carnivore community are over expressing and i haven't come across any on people who are just doing low carb so that doesn't really mean that carbohydrates are problematic it's just something that i've noted
anecdotally i've heard about improvements in hair loss with carnivore diets with nose-to-tail carnivore diets with animal-based diets etc
