my inflammatory markers rock bottom I had three measures of my HSC RP they were all 0.3 that's almost as low as the test goes it's incredibly low meat is not inflammatory
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if people look at my labs on Instagram all the times I've checked HS CRP that's been 0.3 or less which is basically the absolute lower end of normal so any any claims that meat is inflammatory have not been supported by any of my self my self experimentation and I have checked my HSC RP four or five times and every single time is 0.3 and I've checked other inflammatory markers like fibrinogen and what else actually ferritin is an acute phase reactants sometimes used so anyway my inflammatory markers on an all meat diet or I should say an animal-based diet because I definitely do not just eat all meat are extremely low
I've talked about my five times less than 0.3 CRP my fasting glucose is 80 my hemoglobin a1c is 5.3 might be UN is within normal my bicarb assistant normal my creatine is within normal and my testosterone is 7800
my inflammatory markers always very low I've had CRP less than 0.03 H s CRP less than 0.03 times 7 over the year and a half that I've been doing a carnivore diet
