an anal-based diet is meat organs fruit and honey
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I am super excited about people improving their health by returning to an animal-based diet. I believe this is our ancestral diet as humans. I believe these are the least toxic foods on the planet, clearly the most nutrient-dense, and will meet in organs, fruit being the least toxic plant food.
an animal-based diet which is something that i'm an advocate for it started for me with a carnivore diet and then i had to back fruit when i started having muscle cramps and electrolyte issues and so now an animal-based diet most of my listeners will know as organs meat fruit honey and raw dairy but it's focused on animal foods of meat and organs and for some looking in from the outside they maybe see this as restrictive they may say what do you mean paul or they might ask you what do you mean meg you don't eat cookies you need cake you don't eat soda you don't eat vegetables like isn't this a restrictive diet and um i i understand this pushback and this is why i think your story is so important to share with people the the mainstream looks at this type of a diet and calls it as you termed it restrictive i think of it as intentional and not necessarily restrictive because you're focusing on the foods that are in my opinion uh and many others people's opinions the most nutrient dense so you're getting the most nutrients with the least toxins that's sort of why i believe this is a good way for humans to eat
I like to focus on the most nutrient-rich Foods with the least amount of toxins and I feel like an animal-based diet is a great starting place for that
