he said he couldn't lose weight because everything on keto tasted too good and so when they put him on me he's like I love me and it's great but I can lead you know and I get to a point where I'm full
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i think all these things together it's just even on paper it's a diet that i would very much expect to cause weight loss more to greater degree than your average diet
it has zero carbohydrate so i think that anywhere if you're on the extreme of the fat to carbohydrate ratio in either direction that's more slimming than being in the middle
and you're cutting out all of these highly processed calorie dense foods that are the foods that i think you know we could debate about the why but i think everyone agrees that those are foods that drive excess intake and elevated body fatness
