I think that the individualization of medical care and of nutritional thinking is is where it's at for people and that that I think is where people are going to really win the day that people are really going to benefit by by thinking what works for them what doesn't work for them as long as they have hard metrics you know some subjective metrics but also some whether it's I think fasting insulin is probably the best metric to look at and maybe a visceral fat with a dexa or something if you have those things I think you're really going to be able to navigate this very well
