look at how high now you have to look at the baseline this person's baseline blood sugar is way higher than mine way higher than mine okay a person's blood sugar is way higher than mine my blood sugar's baseline was down at 80 and on here his his baseline blood sugar his or her baseline blood sugar is you know up around 105 all the time and you can see that if you look at the span here their afternoon meal gives them like a two to three hour peak of blood sugars up there look at this evening meal look at how long the blood sugar is elevated this evening meal that's about four hours and this is 2 52 am is where it cuts off here this is an evening meal leading to a blood sugar spike above an area under the curve and again you have to compare the base lines here for four and a half to five hours wow this is a person this is i i know the history and this person ate a ate a vegetarian meal that had all vegetable oil in it in this meal this is exactly what we're talking about here this blood sugar is elevated um and it is staying up this person has i in my opinion this is metabolic dysfunction and when you eat carbohydrates in the setting of metabolics function this is what happens to your blood sugar this is how you know that you are insulin resistant or i should say metabolically dysfunctional
