Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

I started noticing my joint pain and muscle soreness I I wasn't getting sore after working out that was that was major major realization for me that that you know we're not supposed to get sore necessarily and that it's sometimes these defense chemicals and this inflammation that they're causing can exacerbate and um you worsen this this pain of soreness and stiffness that we get after exercise
you know that has that stuff in there and that has these different defense chemicals in there that are going to cause reactions in your body
