and so there's this bundle and like you were saying it's kind of like a horse tail of thin nerves and yours and in medicine this is exactly what you're talking about it's C Aquin syndrome when that's gets crushed we think about people having what we call saddle anesthesia they can't feel anything in the bladder region and the paranal region they lose bowel and bladder control and they have weakness and pain and so you have this pretty sever thing where the discar and then you have his emergency surgery and you got discharged home and then what what do they usually tell people I mean I guess you know we can talk about your recovery now from C Aquin which is pretty incredible in the context for the dietary stuff and all these other things but like most people get caught at Aquin syndrome it's pretty severe I mean it is what were you told about the recovery and what what and what do you know now in retrospect about how most most people get better from caught aquinus syndrome
