Boron is probably a nutrient that is vital for humans and questions remain about the adequacy of boron in our soils when I've looked into this there are some maps of boron and soils but it's not totally clear where soils are Boron deficient versus Boron sufficient but there is good epidemiologic evidence in cohorts of people who live in regions of the world where they are getting more Baron versus less Boron that there are significant benefits the most widely studied is with regard to arthritis
