and you'll start to pair back you know and so you'll end up with something that we call cognitive Frailty which basically means that your capacity for cognitive function is only as much you know it's basically the same as you use it every day there's no head route right there's no capacity to do more if you wanted to and then eventually you get so little capacity that you can do less and then doing less decreases capacity and you get the sort of feed forward cycle
