And then it's and then exercise and diet and that means a really an basically a normal diet is what it comes down to. A healthy diet and exercise actually interestingly there's that sort of curve of linear effect where you don't exercise at all. You're not happy and well. And if you're an exercise maniac, you're you're you're actually will do some mechanical ill to your to your body, but actually you're probably not happy. And there's a lot of compensation that's going on because that that's how a lot of former alcoholics, for example, they become exercise addicted and they're transferring. They're kind of dry drunk >> quitter bias. >> Yeah. It's a problem. It's actional problem. So, it's just normal. And you know, walking a lot, staying active. Okay, that stuff is obvious. Then there's the three that are not the obvious ones. Number one is uh is is is continuing to learn and and people who are lifelong learners, they're healthier and they are happier.
