the the the third the third thing is is exercise we've kind of talked about that um what's good for your heart is going to be good for your head more blood flow more oxygen you we talked about brain deriv neurotropic factors as your body moves your brain grows the number one reason you have a brain is to control your movement right that's why even with with our 10-month-old you know as he's as he was learning the crawl they know that cross laterals you know very important for for brain development and also when you move it's um because so much now I I don't just mean doing like CrossFit or whatever people do three times a week I mean moving throughout the day because every day we're sitting behind screens they say sitting is a new smoking blood is pulling you know into our legs and shies away from our brain so just I always say every 30 to 60 Minutes get up for five or 10 minutes and just go outside get nature some sunlight fresh air and move your body right in different ways because even there was even a study at Oxford University saying jugglers just the act of learning how to juggle they had more white matter help build their brain right so as your body moves your your brain grooves so on a scale 0 to 10 how much are you moving the past week right get your steps in whatever whatever whatever your Happ movements happens to be
