and for me personally and i think most people in general goals that i find to be valuable would be general adaptability you know you can put me into a cold plunge or put me up on the top of a mountain or maybe we're going free diving or maybe we're gonna train jiu jitsu or maybe we're in a box or maybe we're gonna run or maybe we're gonna play anything whatever foursquare you know whatever the thing is like okay cool like i can do this you know and so and then longevity would be another thing
