this is one of my favorite sources of collagen guys this is a skirt steak and you can see right here there is so much connective tissue attached to this skirt steak there are two different types of skirt staks this is an outside skirt that's outside of the ribs of the cow an inside skirt is the diaphragm of the cow these are two of my favorite types of steak because of the texture and how juicy they are because of the grain of the meat and because they're usually full of all of this connective tissue all of this good collagen
