colostrum is the first milk from cows and many people find it beneficial for gi issues overall immune issues that stuff is packed with immunoglobulins and immune proteins and other important peptides
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

we've got immuno milk which is a colostrum supplement coming out for people that tolerate dairy and are interested in the immunoglobulin rich colostrum and we've got one called heart of the warrior which is heart and liver coming out very soon if you can get fresh organs that's amazing but if you can't desiccated organs work great for a lot of people we hear it from people every day that are benefiting from it which makes me feel good about the work that we're doing here at hardin soil heart and soil dot co so get your meat get your organs if you need meat white oak pasture spell campo all those kind of good farms regenerative agriculture is the answer and if you want to include plant foods think about more toxic and less toxic plant foods i bet that a lot of you will go to your fridge and be like oh broccoli kale spinach throw it out that's not what you want nuts and seeds throw it out if you want to put plant foods in there maybe try some squash cook the heck out of it try some seasonal fruit try some honey start with those carbs and see where you go i think those are less toxic plant foods in general and i think they're going to open it up for a lot of people when i describe my diet to individuals and i say i eat meat that's all i eat they say i could never do that i could never just eat meat and i say well i eat meat and organs and usually they say i could do that even less because nobody wants to eat organ foods which is why we make desiccated organs but then i say and sometimes i eat meat or avocado or berries or squash or honey their eyes kind of light up and they say maybe i could actually do that it's a permutation of something like a paleo diet paleo 2.0 in my opinion it's quote the real paleo diet which of course is a silly thing to argue about but it's a catchy phrase but if your diet doesn't work in the wild it's probably not a viable diet for humans and i think this diet works very well in the wild i just went out hunting last weekend i got a deer of course i'm going to eat meat and organs and fat i did eat the brain out of that deer which was interesting there's no chronic wasting out there and the deer looked very healthy but it was a little bit interesting it was a little scary but i'm sharing that with you guys and it was delicious and i felt good afterwards and uh there's you know going to be some other food out there that i'm going to have to use to eat with that deer whether it's going to be seasonal fruit whether i'm going to have to find some tubers that are growing out there those are the things i think that work in the wild vegan diets don't work in the wild vegetarian diets don't work in the wild you can't milk animals in the wild very much some people will tolerate dairy some people won't for those who do colostrum is a great idea if you're having gi issues but so much of what we see being suggested to us as dietary strategies just seemed completely evolutionarily and anthropologically inconsistent to me and i think if your diet doesn't work in the wild what are the chances that four million years of evolution would have programmed humans to thrive on that diet i think it's very low so anyway meat organs least toxic plant foods do that thrive shoot me an email dr paul dr paul heart and soil dot co if you have questions about our products recommendations or you have questions about how to construct a nose-to-tail carnivore or carnivorous diet i think that this is a remembering of where we've come from as humans in terms of diet and it helps us remember that there are bigger pieces here too community play sunlight environmental hormesis which i'll talk about more in the future love you guys thanks for being a part of this we got notes to tell november going on at hardin soil you can follow us on instagram and stay radical love you guys if you want to send me emails also with suggestions for what topics you'd like to hear i love those i'll see you guys soon podcast comes out on tuesday controversy comes out controversial thoughts come out on fridays and newsletters go out on sundays you can subscribe to the newsletter heart and soil dot co see you guys soon
and also about immunomilk because i'm hopefully going to get to drink some milk with the masai and we'll see how that i react to that but immuno milk is colostrum it's grass-fed grass-finished colostrum full of peptides growth factors and immunoglobulins which really help the immune system over time and help us all have a stronger immune response
I've found it personally be beneficial with wound healing athletic recovery gut stuff all sorts of things
the immunoglobulins and lactoferrin in this product obviously boosts the immune system and improve my recovery
It is immunoglobulin rich. It is full of powerful peptides like IGF-1 and 2 TGF alpha and beta and colostrinin which is a peptide that has been studied and improves Alzheimer's disease outcomes in patients. There's a randomized controlled trial I talked about on last week's podcast. But colostrum is powerful for recovery, for allergies, for asthma, for immunologic issues, for gut issues.
Colostrum also contains a ton of different amunogloabbulins which support the health of the gut. Also proline rich peptides like colostrin that support the immune system and the thymus.
