this is an epidemiologic study in san valentino uh prevention of influenza episodes with colostrum compared with vaccination and healthy and high-risk cardiovascular subjects so this is super fascinating it was a two-month trial comparing oral colostrum and the prevention of flu with an anti-influenza vaccine and in both of these studies colostrum performed as well or better than a vaccination

For 2 months, researchers compared a flu vaccine to daily consumption of colostrum. And they found that in the colostrum group, people had significantly lower incidence of the flu. And when they got the flu, their episodes were way, way shorter.
