when you're training if you have a pain level that's above like a two or a three you got to think about how am I gonna do this differently to get rid of that pain because it's not going to feel any better when you add weight it's gonna feel a lot worse if you do a lot more reps and you have the same pain level that's gonna cause a lot of irritation so you need to stay to yourself okay and I perform in this exercise with less weight and reduce the pain it's kind of make it a lot easier to recover from
