I think the best way to answer that is more principle based. So I think um number one is we behave in a three-dimensional space. So this idea of only doing calf raises, my toes pointed straight ahead, insufficient, right? Because to your point, there's going to be moments where my toes are out or one toe is out. So we want to do all these strength exercises in multiplanes of motion. And that doesn't mean even in a static position, but that's like a lunge, lunging to the side, lunging backwards. Like you want to train in a three-dimensional space, number one.
