essentially it involves restriction of blood flow on your limbs most of the time you're only going to use one set of limbs you don't use both at the same time there could be exceptions to that but it's just usually one and you restrict the flow not you don't occlude the clothes you don't you do not I mean it's possible you can do a surgical cuff and you know knock out all the blood flow that that would not be good it is not recommended there's a Goldilocks sweet spot somewhere between 40 to 80 percent of what was called the arterial occlusion pressure
