I find that like moving throughout the day is better than concentrating at all at one point of the day yeah and that's more ancestrally consistent yeah I like of quarter than doing rather than doing one thing where I'm just going to do like one hour at the gym I'm do all my stuff in that one hour yeah
and then I'll take a little bit take 20 minutes out or 15 minutes out and move a little bit or jump around get some like jumps or squats or and I find that like moving throughout the day is better than concentrating at all at one point of the day
We just evolved with like lots of movement throughout the day, low intensity, and then sometimes it would be high intensity.
