I mean, I have my 70-year-old mom who isn't the in greatest health. Um, you know, she's doing CrossFit two to three times a week for it's a senior's class, but I mean, she's doing things like chair squats and she's doing, you know, she's doing lifts and stuff with very light weights and, you know, there's there's there's a progressive way to like get this is definitely vigorous exercise for her for sure.
