now the level of exercise depends on where you are at so if you're actually quite sedentary and you have a lot of issues and you have difficulty getting up from the toilet then it might be more sense make more sense to basically have two or three sessions a day where you try to get up from the toilet three times simply on your own toilet in your own environment prefer with somebody to to to see that you're not falling whereas there's also very very fit elderly that will actually pick up resistance exercise and go to a gym three times a week
