I'm doing I surf about 2 hours a day I wouldn't consider it vigorous activity M it's more like I would say moderate activity I mean what would you say moderate on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say like a seven to an E yeah but it's funny because like I'm just surfing is not a seven to an eight unless I'm paddling M yeah and you do get some breaks between weights yeah it's interesting greater than 60 some somewhere in there yeah
