so your ribs should be like bucket handles right so as you're breathing so ribs are attaching all the way the front of the sternum all the way back to the spine as you're breathing they're going up and down up and down up and down your whole body does that like your organs they have a thing called motility so your organs are literally that same up and down that bucket handle motion of the ribs your organs are doing a medial rotation toward their rotating towards the midline rotating away from the midline rotating towards the midline rotating away from the midline like every part of a living body has some inherent motion it's a pendulum
