we've seen it work in a very positive way for training which is there are going to be some days where I just like don't feel like working out after you know a full day at work but she's like all right are we going to go to the gym and you know then I'm like okay I'll change you know and then other days I'm like okay I'm ready and she's like all right you know and she didn't feel like it and uh that's really helpful uh for the long-term consistency
