start thinking of how can i utilize my breath to go in and actually breathe into the back of my shoulder girdle breathe into my the sides of my ribs breathe into my armpits breathe into my low back and bring your hands in around your low back here and just just underneath the ribs and just notice people doing it right now if you're like walking or something a beautiful thing to do breathing in through the nose and just feeling feeling that breath filling out the space in the low back and you will literally feel your lower back start to traction start to create space and around those those uh the disc spaces there
