so you know sometimes you can actually identify what the issue is in the individual that is through an axial loading pattern driving the pain so it could be you know one of my favorite examples is right people who can't generate enough intra-abdominal pressure um or who who might have too much lordosis in the spine — when they're under an axial load or they can't they can't generate enough articulation between l1 and t12 right so they don't have the segmental control within the spine so they tend to they tend to generate disproportionate load at hinge points
