maybe go walking barefoot you know think about the shoes and the canting yeah for sure yeah do that walk barefoot on the grass yeah i love it yeah the last time i had you on the podcast and with with the shoes if you're not walking because i know walking barefoot's a lot probably longer it's nothing for anybody listening to this but for like the general public walking barefoot you know in winter is probably pretty like low low success rate the people are actually going to follow that so within that just make sure that your toe box is wide enough to not collapse your feet at all you know so as as you're walking your feet you should be able to spread your toes and go through that full articulation full range of motion with the toes
