I'm barefoot because in this gym I can be I know a lot of gyms you can't be barefoot. You can wear socks or minimalist shoes. That's going to be way better than regular shoes. But I can be barefoot here. So I can feel my feet are kind of activating. Now for surfing, for martial arts, hitting the bag, like activating my feet is key. I need to I need to feel connected to the ground. And that one helps me really activate those. and the toes get a real workout.
