it is actually better I think from a from a longevity standpoint and I say that physiologically but just as much psychologically to leave the workout with a little bit more with a little bit of I could do I could do a little bit more and I can't wait to get back and do it again and and I think part of that is just preserving the drive to be back in there because I think if you're burning every match every day it gets awfully hard to to show up and in reality you're probably not actually doing as much good physically
