just spending some time laying on your back bring your feet up on like a high couch you could stack some pillows underneath it so that your sacrum is almost like it's being tractioned a little bit so your legs are kind of being lifted by the pillows laying flat down in your back and just you can bring your hands in your lower back and just breathe into the lower back and just starting to feel that lumbar spine and all those discs they're starting to be fed
