The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I like to talk about this study even though it's about gosh, it's a 2011 it was published I think PNAS. Um, I love this study because it showed that exercise can reverse the bra the the the aging brain. Um, and this was this study was in an older adult. They were doing more like 70 75% max heart rate. So, not quite as vigorous, but pretty vigorous for this cohort cuz they're older adults. Uh, they did this for about one year. And it was incredible what happened to their brain.
