the facha around muscle is actually contractile tissue and actually directs some of the contractile signaling within the muscle and we've known about facha for like 600 years or something like that like it's it's been described in a zillion different ways and it's been this kind of like throwaway um body part or tissue within the body if somebody has knee problems they'll do a lateral release and just cut the fashio in the IT band and those people do terribly and maybe that's because this facha is actually critically important to the contractile elements of that whole motor system
