Backwards walking is amazing for you.
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.

backwards walking is like Nature's knee exercise you're in a position to get stronger and hand circulation
by walking backward, you're able to get stronger in that position. For elderly, this is associated with less chance of falling down the stairs.
I've used that to help people who can't walk anymore, and they walk backward enough, and now they can walk.
So this is a great position. Five minutes. It's kind of like Mother Nature's exercise to reverse knee pain.
