When we talk about the guidelines, I think a lot of people hear that and say 150 to 300 minutes of physical activity a week, that means I need to be in the gym for 150 minutes to 300 minutes. But again, physical activity is different than exercise. Physical activity is any physical activity you're doing throughout the day. Exercise is defined, structured, a workout, like a training regimen that you, you know, go to the gym and you set aside time for, but physical activity can be things done throughout the day, just integrated into your daily life as well.
