or certainly if you're doing if you're doing 60 minutes a week i wouldn't do it in five to ten minute chunks i would do some 20 minute chunks or whatever
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.

I would say so I I think from my experience that it it might be better because it's it's the frequency it's like it's like if you take a medication right if you take a medication twice the dose and only three days a week might not work as well as if you take the right dose every day right uh because at the end of the day we're talking about the whole exercise is medicine right how do we prescribe that you know how what's the dose how what's the Frequency I'm assuming that you will have to take it as many days as possible right uh so that that would say that it's better to to do that

Um and depending on intensity so yes I would split it up so that more days than not we're doing some sort of exercise.
