I'm looking at carbohydrate manipulation on resistance training and what I've noticed in my collection is I'm using squatting and so they do five sets of squats and I have them do the first three sets or ten reps the last two sets they are taking the set to failure so that's a lot longer than what somebody would usually be under load for and so now I think the conversation turns more to muscular endurance under that load versus just strength for a one rep max
