i have a paper that they reviewed uh 800 they chemically analyzed 800 different olive oils and they were supposed to be good olive oils extra virgin olive oil and um the amount the pufa paul it ranged from three percent to 23 percent i believe it was 23 so that's a huge range and you can't look at any of these oils and just say okay this whale has this amount you don't know that
